[link]I miss some customization in Docky though, so my idea behind this isn't completely complete yet.
The idea behind it is that no more than one "dock" is required to start and manage open applications and documents. The dock would be very customizable so it can be used as a normal panel with extra panel-applications that can add things like CPU temp, clock, weather, or whatever. Switching modes would be done by some simple keystrokes or gestures.
I think I'm going to make an emerald theme and a gtk theme and test it with the current release of Docky to see how it works.
