Use this Foobar2000 setup togheter with my Lakrits Visual Style: [link]
It's simple enough and designed for people with not too many playlists. If you have more playlists you can replace Playlist Tabs with the Playlist Dropdown plugin.
You'll need the PanelsUI plugin for this setup.

Extract the rar file in your foobar2000/PanelsUI folder. Then with the foobar window selected, press CTRL+P and select the preferences for PanelsUI. In the layout dropdown box - select Lakrits2.pui.
To display album covers you'll have to place them in your album's folder (where the mp3 files are) and rename the cover as folder.jpg.
