It's AWN (Avant Window Navigator). I certainly wouldn't be integrated, unless there's a very well-written plugin I haven't yet heard of.

I love the way your terminal looks. Almost transparent. Though I guess the title bar isn't.

The transparency effect on the terminal is perfect, I've tried tinkering with the settings and can't get it to look like that. :/

It's a background png image. :) Gradient colors #dcdcdc to transparent.
