As close as I could come to my concept - [link]

The bottom border is 10px high. I wish I could blend it in with everything else. But Emerald have some limits too.

There's no matching GTK theme for this yet. I'm really low on ideas right now. But any GTK theme with the base-color "#DCDCDC" will work good with this.

Your concept theme is actually pretty easy to do... nothing that complex about it. I think this emerald could fit in with my upcoming gtk: [link] . Maybe we could collaborate on a suite sometime, I think your themes are completely possible on linux.
