...and metacity. Finished the port. I use Murrine for the widgets instead of pixmaps to speed up the performance.

Murrine 0.60.1 or later required.
Pixmap/Pixbuf engine for the panel. Set the panel height to 22px.
May require a change for some icons that are higher than 22 pixels, otherwise the panel height can't be set below 24px. Use the start-here.png included in my Alduin 2 GTK style for example.

Is it possible to make space around Gnome buttons or toolbars etc. also scrollbars smaller?

The same things under Windows looks much more better cause there are smaller (not taking so much space).

There are several xthickness and ythickness properties in the gtkrc file that can reduce the size of some things. I also belive a smaller font size will make the widgets smaller.

I thought nothing could displace Alduin 2 for me, but this is amazing! Just one thing, the blue controls with the black borders look strange to me... any chance of a version with dark-coloured controls?
